Housing and Financial Agreement:
The
Housing and Financial Packets for the Academic Year 2011 - 2012. A completed packet along with the
collegian's housing deposit must be received by HCB no later than August 1, 2011 to be eligible for move-in, as instructed in the packet. Failure to provide the
signed Membership Agreement, Financial Payment Plan, Housing
Agreement, if applicable, and housing deposit will result in
forfeiture of the collegian's priority to live-in the sorority
house.
Payment Instructions
Enter the amount you are paying in the blank text box. (the amount due is listed to the right of the text box). These are free form text boxes so you can enter any amount you are paying. Please use numbers only. Note, payments due must be made in full; any partial payments will be considered late and will be subject to late fees.
Click on the white PAY button (do not click on the bright pink button, it is not an active button). A secondary payment information screen will pop up. Please populate with the relevant information.
On the payment information screen, please fill in all the required information indicated by the yellow highlighted boxes and red asterisk. Also, please include the following to be sure you payment is properly credited and coded:
- Under Company name please enter the NAME OF THE MEMBER that should be credited with the payment
- Under memo, please indicate what type of payment you are making, e.g.: Fall quarter resident payment)
- Under shipping informant you may check “ship to above”
- We recommend you include your email address so that you can receive an electronic email with the order number and approval code.
Scroll down and click ONCE on the Finalize and Process Order button
Once the payment is accepted, the following will appear on the screen

Please keep this number to track your payment. In the event HCB does not receive notice of your payment, it will require this number for tracking. If you cannot provide the number, it will be assumed that the payment was not properly finalized, and hence not made. We recommend that you print this web page with the approval number and/or the confirmation email.
